Shipping policy

Delivery

All items are handmade to order in our Olney worshop! We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-6 weeks after purchase from Monday to Friday. Please note that we are a small team and this estimated time may be affected during busier periods 

UK Shipping- 

UK Royal Mail 2nd Class- £1.50 (free for orders over £25)

UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.99 (free for orders over £35)

International Orders 

Royal Mail Standard International - (this is not a fully tracked service)

The minimum order value for International Shipping is £35 which once reached shipping is free!

We do offer tracked shipping for £15 free for orders over £100

 (Europe 2-4 weeks, rest of the world 2-5 weeks)* 

*Please note any customs fees incurred are paid at the customer's expense. If your order is not claimed or had customs clearance paid for and subsequently returned to us you may have to repay for your postage to reship your order. Similarly, if a delivery order is refused based of an incurred customs fee the value of postage will not be refunded.
